Let's start with a video circulating on Facebook, where three heartbroken children, who waited in line for many hours and couldn't get tickets to see 31 Minutos, were recorded by their mother singing one of her own songs, recounting their unfortunate experience and hoping to move the organizers enough to let them into the show. Hopefully, someone from Idartes will take pity on them and do something about it.

The lyrics say:
The lyrics of the song they made:

I never saw my favorite group
I arrived early and we didn't even jump.
We got wet and cried in the rain
And with sadness we abandoned the mission

And I discovered a very, very sad world.
Well, we missed the show
I don't need anyone to calm me down.
You are the ones who fill my heart

After a while the pain got bad
My brothers and I waited a long time
I couldn't bear the thought that I would never see them again.
Until one day, we made this song

And I discovered a very unfair world
We were really excited
We'll be waiting for you all year.
I need some tickets, please!

Bo bo bo bo bo bo Tickets!!
What do we want?!
Bo bo bo bo bo bo Tickets!!
What do we want?!

"You young people, don't you remember when it was so hard for journalists to get in touch with artists? We had to beg if someone knew the uncle of the mother-in-law of the sister of the woman who makes breakfast for the guitarist's manager. Now, with Twitter, we try and succeed much more easily; just one message and that's it.".

-Some perfectly capture the spirit of the festival. These are good examples of that:
