The rumor of the biggest free festival in Latin America has even reached China. In its 2017 edition, Rock al Parque has strived to present a multiplicity of sounds, genres and nationalities. In its first announcement of invited international groups, it has included several styles related to metal, some blues, hardcore, electropop, alternative pop, experimental rock, some bossa nova and even instrumental rock.
One of the biggest surprises is Zhaose, From Guangzhou, who perform an exquisite instrumental set, electrifying the guqin, a traditional Chinese instrument. Another of the most interesting new additions is the presence of How to Murder Felipes, A Chilean band that brilliantly combines sounds from hip hop and jazz, with which they have toured the world, delighting discerning audiences. From Peru, and after appearing at some of the continent's most prominent private festivals, comes the unique and experimental folk of Kanaku and the Tiger. The Bogota punk community will be thrilled by the highly anticipated concert of the Argentinian band. 2 minutes. The fun of pop dancing will come from the Mexicans. Titan. And, of course, the return of the Puerto Rican Draco Rosa, one of the most beloved musicians among Bogota's rock fans and who, we speculate, He will be in charge of closing the event on Monday, July 3rd at the Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park.
