Today, starting at 2 pm, the second day of Rock al Parque 2019 begins, featuring a wide variety of musical styles. We'll have punk, metal, ska, rock, pop, and even, if you will, alternative merengue. We will have music from Colombia, Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Spain, Uruguay, Japan, the United States, and Mexico. It's a shame the festival has been cancelled a second time. The Monterrey-based band El Gran Silencio couldn't make it to Bogotá, and in their place, there will be a special show by Rubén Albarrán, lead singer of Café Tacvba.
