A new edition of Stereo Picnic, The most important private festival in Colombia. Our main international acts include Gorillaz, The Killers, LCD Soundsystem, and Lana Del Rey. Among the Latin American guests, Zoé (Mexico), La Vida Boheme (Venezuela), Dengue dengue dengue (Peru) and Buscabulla (Puerto Rico) stand out. The list of Colombian artists is headed by Bomba Estéreo, Ondatrópica, Alfonso Espriella, Diamante Eléctrico and others. In short, a lineup attractive enough to warrant attention, which will surely draw thousands of Bogota residents and visitors from other cities to fill the Parque Deportivo 222, in the north of the Colombian capital.
Celebrating once again the great music surrounding this event, we would like to make a request to the organizers: Start putting together an effective contingency plan now to receive the spectators. It is not worth repeating the vehicular chaos that is caused in 50 surrounding streets when arriving at the venue and when leaving it. It doesn't help you, it doesn't help the city, and it doesn't help your customers. Join forces with the Mayor's Office of Bogotá and the relevant authorities to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Organize a campaign to minimize the number of vehicles on the road, offer more public transportation options, and take action.
We are already looking forward to this great musical celebration that opens next year's artistic calendar in the best possible way. Estéreo Picnic promises to be more fun than ever.
