Musical activities begin in the Colombian capital, with concerts kicking off in the very heart of the city. For the eleventh time, the festival is being held... Festival Center, that It will take place in the traditional La Candelaria neighborhood and surrounding areas,  from January 23 to 26, 2020, holding their concerts in the Gilberto Alzate Avendaño Foundation (organizing entity), the Plaza of Talents (Carrera 5 with Calle 12 c), The Mile (Carrera 15, between streets 9 and 10), the Jorge Eliécer Gaitán Theater, and the El Dorado Theatre (Former ECCI).

As usual, the Centro Festival is full of varied sounds, including rock, pop, electronic, folk, hip hop and various fusions. This year's lineup includes not only representative artists from different Colombian regions, but it also features international guests from Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.

We generally like the direction the festival's curators have taken, but if we were asked to choose our favorites, We will opt for the following actions:

Blond: Those who know us know that Fran Straube has been among our favorite artists for quite some time. His album Fish In our opinion, it was one of the best albums of the past decade, and we also know that their live show is one of the best sonic experiences that the public can enjoy at this time in the Latin American continent. Finely crafted electronics with dazzling textures in every note. Fortunately, there are rumors of an additional date in Bogotá, since the venue assigned for their performance within the festival only has a capacity of a little over one hundred people.

Camila MorenoChilean indie pop owes much of its strength and prestige to its female talent, an inexhaustible source of cutting-edge proposals and a moving and unmissable sound. Camila Moreno is irrefutable proof of that great explosion of grace and courage in the Southern Cone. His songs become instant anthems of high construction.

Tsh SudacaWe dare say that what this Bogota native has done is the most dazzling thing about Colombian hip hop right now. His style is exquisitely elegant, both in his recordings and in his stage presence. He skillfully avoids genre clichés, and his music appeals to even those most reluctant to listen to rap. It's always a pleasure to see him on stage.

If you are in Bogotá on those dates, Don't hesitate to come to the festival stages and enjoy the program of this event.
