And the day arrived when the twenty-second edition of the Rock al Parque festival was able to announce the final local and international guests who will participate in the event. July 2nd, 3rd and 4th at the Simón Bolívar Metropolitan Park. Among the performers we'll see on stage are many classic names, groups with a long history and in eternal return to its origins. We also have guests from countries never before represented at the festival, as is the case in Guatemala. The sounds featured in this final lineup for the festival include hardcore, metal, fusion, ska, funk, and alternative rock. This is the final notification. Only 3 invited district bands are joining, a much lower number than in other years. Through agreements with the Bogotá Metal Industry Association, four additional groups have been invited to perform. This year, Rock al Parque's lineup includes artists from the United States, Argentina, Colombia, and Guatemala. A total of 61 groups. Only 61, yes, just like you see it. The budget cuts imposed by the Mayor's Office of Bogotá were much crueler than expected.
