Editor's Note from Zonagirante.com: Bogotá lights up with art, music, and community gatherings. The Secretariat of Culture, Recreation, and Sports presents a special program of Christmas activities that transform the city into a vibrant stage: concerts, shows, tours, workshops, and celebrations designed for community enjoyment.  At Zonagirante.com, we celebrate these initiatives that reaffirm our cultural identity and our unique way of inhabiting public space. We invite everyone to go out, discover, and participate. This is a season to feel part of Bogotá, through creativity and culture.

In addition to the main shows and concerts, Christmas is Culture 2025 It proposes a series of community activities that seek to strengthen coexistence, encounters and the creative spirit in different locations throughout the city.

Nighttime Bike Path

On December 11, starting at 6:00 pm, cyclists and families will be able to tour the city with activities such as Karaoke Bike and themed bike tours.

Grand Ball

On December 15, more than 1,500 senior citizens will gather at the Movistar Arena to enjoy live music with Jorge Velosa and the Lucho Bermúdez Orchestra.

A Novena for Bogotá

On December 16th, at 7:00 pm, the Movistar Arena will host a special concert by the Bogotá Philharmonic in collaboration with the Food Bank.

Christmas Festival in Suba

Two stages will offer concerts and artistic performances from December 17 to 23 with guests such as Los Latin Brothers, Sistema Solar, Los 50 de Joselito and Orquesta La 33.

Sabor Bogotá Gastronomic Fair

From December 19 to 22, at Bicentennial Park, attendees will be able to enjoy traditional dishes and pastries prepared by local cooks.

Christmas Blocks

Between December 1st and 15th, 18 blocks decorated with recyclable materials will host music and community activities between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

Magical Novenas

Neighborhood gatherings with singing, music and activities:

  • Santa Fe: December 16, 18 and 19

  • Suba: December 18-21

  • Candlemas: December 20-23

Christmas Caravans

Between December 10 and 18, nine traveling routes will visit 18 locations with messages about water conservation and ecosystems.

Lullabies of the Pacific

On December 18th at the FUGA Pier, Absalón and Afropacífico will present a concert honoring the musical tradition of the Colombian Pacific.

Nighttime Planetarium

On December 20, starting at 4:00 pm, there will be talks, observations, and fulldome projections that connect science, spirituality, and solstices.

TransMiNavidad

On December 7, 17 and 22, TransMilenio will be the stage for parades, music and artistic performances in Ciudad Bolívar, Portal 20 de Julio and the National Museum.


All programming is free and of free admission until full capacity is reached.
