Colombian artist Arturo Brahim, known for some years in the electronic music scene for his project Posthuman, has recently decided to experiment with fusion and Colombian coastal sounds under the name of Radiant. His work has been to blend house music intentions with what he has discovered in his research into local folklore, and little by little he has been showcasing interesting experiments. His new single, Swell, is the result of his trip to the Pacific region and meeting with Eryen Ortiz, who is a singer, marimba and percussion player, and a faithful heir to the musical tradition of the area. Their collaborative work has generated a happy amalgamation that The artist himself has called it "deep folklore"«, where electronics gain warmth and new color for the holidays.
While awaiting the full compilation of songs that are in production, Radiante is already starting to attract attention and stand out for its new sonic blend. Soon, we will surely see greater results.
