While many of my metalhead friends waste their time invoking some nonexistent evil deity in their compositions to fulfill their fantasy of tormenting humanity, others, more astute and down-to-earth, They manage to unleash hell on their own, shaking the earth with solemn hymns of slow procession, which in the plain of its textures  They make the ground tremble for the guilty and the innocent alike.

Sergio Chotsourian, master of these toxic arts, previously known for his work in Creams, one of the most legendary stoner rock bands in Latin America, presents their new project Soldati. Chotsourian, along with Lukas Hospital (bass) and Ranz (drums), in four tracks released as an EP, sets out, from the first note, to dig deep., summoning all possible earthquakes, using an instrumental heaviness so overwhelming that some may describe it as unbearable and others as redemptive. This throbbing is rebellion attacking from the abyss, the shudder from the lowest point of the sound spectrum, so that the listener feels that unease disturbing their body.

Soldati presents 4 impactful songs that help us better understand where the most coherent heavy noise is headed, where there is no longer a need for the guru-like scream or the invocation of clumsy dark forces to stir the audience. It is about containing the essence of the deepest sound to summon the discerning taste of the listener. to let yourself be seduced by this toxic psychedelia that seeps into our very core.
