You are witnesses that Zonagirante.com, throughout its history, We have pointed to Venezuela, with all its political, social and economic circumstances, as a country that constantly generates very interesting musical proposals that the rest of Latin America should pay attention to. We cannot forget the rich cultural heritage it has always enjoyed, and that, at key moments, its theaters and auditoriums have hosted important concerts and festivals., full of local talent and outstanding international guests. Over the years, their artistic community has spread far and wide across the planet and some of its leading voices have become established, as we showed in previous notes, in diverse locations such as Mexico City, Miami, London, Bogotá, Buenos Aires or Madrid (and many others), but lately the local scene has been renewed and new names are emerging that are worth paying attention to. Some musicians have returned to their homeland, and others, who never left, have been consolidating their proposal, to give more life to the sound of Caracas and its surroundings.

As is customary in this section, we have prepared, a playlist of 25 tracks, with an approximate duration of ninety minutes, in which we have included a small sample (it is never enough, but it serves as an indication of what we are presenting) of the revitalization of a scene that, from now on, is demanding attention once again in the Latin American market. Some projects already have an audience outside of Venezuela: Takeaway food, Frank Lucas, Gran Radio Riviera and, of course, the solo project of Horacio Blanco, lead singer of Desorden Social. The list also includes artists who have taken confident steps to get the support they need, such as Alex Musanostra, Desraizada, Sophía Battaglini and Jorge Andrés, among others. Here we have songs by rock, pop, jazz, hip hop and other interesting urban soundscapes. In just an hour and a half, this compilation of recordings bears witness to what is happening and what may happen in Venezuela, and what it will offer future generations in terms of music. Unmissable.
