February continues, and 2018 is taking shape. In some countries, the scent of elections is in the air, and the tension is palpable. Just one piece of advice: Let's avoid engaging with the haters, the purveyors of post-truth, and the slanderers. And while we decide who to elect, let's keep listening to good music. Let's enjoy Monday, please.  As every week, here are twenty songs made available to the public in recent weeks in Latin America, which can be listened to several times for everyone's enjoyment..This time we have a selection of tracks that come from Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and Chile, that sound like Metal, Hip hop, Reggae, Rock, Pop and Folk. Of particular note is the new single from  Natalia Lafourcade, the latest production of Prophets, the last tune of Avionics, and the most recent publication of Temple Sour. Once again, our favorite phrase for these kinds of occasions: Grab your headphones, tune out the world, and listen.  This is the Zonagirante.com playlist from February 12, 2018.
