The Zonagirante editorial committee met once again in the garden of the house where they've been holed up for the past few months, battling adversity, and unanimously decided to continue the resistance. The most daring among them sewed colorful rags to make flags that flutter in the evening breeze of this city. Someone found a megaphone in the basement and occasionally uses it to shout out slogans, encouraging neighbors to join our fight during this quarantine. But what has worked best is convincing our colleagues that the new music released each week is what truly sustains us in this struggle. For the nineteenth time in 2020, we look out the window with renewed hope thanks to these twenty new songs coming from Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile and Mexico, which sound like Pop, Fusion, Folk, Reggae, Electronic and Rock. Among others, we added the new single from Artificial, the latest production of Silver Revolver, the new publication of Rebel Cats and the most recent recording of My Invincible friend.
We repeat once again our favorite phrase for these kinds of occasions: Find your headphones, step away from the world and listen. This is the Zonagirante.com playlist for May 15, 2020.
If any of our followers would like to showcase their illustration work and collaborate with Zonagirante.com, please contact us and send your portfolio to zonagirante@yahoo.com. Thank you in advance.
