This is the time of year when some people start saying, in a highly pessimistic way, that the year is already over, that the end is near. Of course, for the moment, it's the most extreme voices that speak out, those who want everything postponed and any projects we have left behind in stupid nostalgia. As the hours pass, they gain followers who believe their words. We must avoid these people at all costs. We can't believe anything they say. The best way to combat this rhetoric is by listening to new music. This week We've recharged our batteries and are releasing twenty new songs to set your speakers ablaze and celebrate the slow, fierce passage of time. Here's a compilation of recordings made in Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Mexico, featuring pop, blues, electronic, and rock sounds. Among others, we add the new single from Ely Guerra, the latest production of Mauro Valenti, the new publication of Silver Revolver and the most recent recording of Slowkiss.
We repeat our favorite phrase for these kinds of occasions: Find your headphones, step away from the world and listen. This is the Zonagirante.com playlist from July 22, 2019.
