The second month of the year is drawing to a close, and it has truly left us with several lessons. One of them is that a barrage of bad concerts featuring supposedly humanitarian artists, on both sides of the border, will hardly lead to peace. We can also conclude that for many, it's easier to tear their hair out over the problems of their neighbors than their own. February has shown us that the political circus grows, but that doesn't make it any more entertaining. Thankfully, we still have the great music of independent artists from across the continent, which is refreshed on our playlists every week. This week brings a new wave of music, giving us the opportunity to create our seventh official playlist of the year, featuring 20 tracks available on digital platforms for several hours now. We have a compilation of songs from Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, encompassing Pop, Electronic, Fusion, Folk, and Rock. Among others, we add the new single from Collector, the latest production of Tourist, the new publication of Palo Pandolfo and the most recent recording of Rococo Pantheon..
We repeat our favorite phrase for these kinds of occasions: Find your headphones, step away from the world and listen. This is the Zonagirante.com playlist from February 25, 2019.
