March continues. In Colombia, it's the fight against glyphosate. To combat drugs, some believe the best approach is to apply poison. For those in power, it's preferable that poor people die from contamination and with their land devastated, rather than consider legalization. They probably think their reasoning is perfectly logical. Others, thankfully, take to the streets, protest, and make it clear that they stand more with the people than with the corporations. And surely all of them, and you, are looking for good, new music.  This week brings an exciting array of new music, giving us the perfect opportunity to create our ninth official playlist of the year, featuring 20 tracks that have been available on digital platforms for hours. We've compiled a list of recordings from Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina, Chile, and Mexico, encompassing Pop, Blues, Electronic, Fusion, Folk, and Rock. Among others, we add the new single from Kanaku and the Tiger, the latest production of Telebit, the new publication of Pink Noise and the most recent recording of Zebra 93.

We repeat our favorite phrase for these kinds of occasions: Find your headphones, step away from the world and listen. This is the Zonagirante.com playlist from March 11, 2019.
