Thirty days ago we closed the year with a warning.
It wasn't a wish. It was a diagnosis.
Today the world is no calmer.
It's more naked.
The powers that were once disguised are now on display.
Violence is displayed without embellishment, inequality is normalized, and lies become routine. The noise is constant, but what is truly dangerous is something else: habituation.
That's why we're still here.
Not because music is going to save us, but because it's one of the few things that still It has not been fully captured.
Songs remain a territory where not everything is optimizable, monetizable, or manipulable. They remain a place where someone, somewhere, decides to say something that doesn't fit into a slogan.
Tunes Actuales is not a playlist to accompany the day.
It's a listening session for not to lose the pulse.
At the start of 2026, we've gathered songs that don't seek to please or soothe. They are pieces that vibrate with the anxiety of the present, with rage, with the desire not to disappear without a trace. Music made by people who, even when they're not talking about politics, are talking about... to exist amidst a machine that prefers docile bodies and short memories.
For now, although it may sound small, this is what we'll continue to do:
to raise a voice of resistance and showcase the best music from this side of the planet.
Not to escape the world, but to not to surrender to him.
We don't expect a better year.
We hope for another year. aware.
And in that awareness, music remains a form of emotional archive. A way of recording what's happening inside when everything outside seems designed to make us indifferent.
So we start again.
Listen to these tunes as if you were testing the ground after an earthquake.
Not to reassure oneself, but to know where you can still walk.
