And in the busiest week of Bogotá's annual music calendar, the 2016 edition of Beautiful Noise Festival. This gathering of mostly Latin American artists with an alternative sound will take place from September 15th to 17th in various venues across the capital city. More than 40 proposals from different corners of Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Australia, the United States and Germany They will travel through a large part of the city's geography. The genres, very varied among themselves, range from pop, rock, electronic, folk fusion, and even that bizarre jam-like mix that the Pig Buddies by mixing reggaeton with gore metal and some hardcore.
At this point, and given so many options, we dare to recommend the following artists:
-If you are looking for good and distinctive female voices, we recommend you attend on Saturday the 17th at Këa Let's see Maria Direktor (Colombia) and to Zyderal (Colombia/Argentina) in Latora 4 arms On Friday the 16th, alongside perhaps one of the most interesting acts of the festival, from Chile, Blond (Fran Straube's alternate project, by Miss Garrison).
-If you're interested in good pop music, don't miss Rocket Boy (Chile), who will be in on Thursday the 15th Armando Music Hall, alongside one of the most interesting groups on the continent right now, the Mexicans Porter. One of the most interesting acts, God that (Argentina) will be at the bar on Friday the 16th Tonalá Cinema, next to the National Park.
-Going in a more rock-oriented direction, we recommend checking out the performance of Tourist (Peru), scheduled for sunset on Saturday the 17th in Armando Records. Later, a few blocks away, you can go jumping with The Makenzys (Colombia) in The Burger Joint on 85th Street.
-If you're in the mood to dance all night to lively, traditional Peruvian music, attend the live show of Mr. Pauer, a Venezuelan resident in the United States, on Friday at the bar of Latora 4 arms, or go see Zalama Crew (Colombia) in The Black Woman, in the Chapinero sector.
In short, this is a brief summary of everything you can see at Hermoso Ruido. Three intense days for those who are in Bogotá this weekend., which they should take full advantage of.
