We are stunned, frightened, dumbfounded, terrified. Our jaws drop to the floor and we don't know where to hide. In the Mexican capital, in the middle of a session of the national congress, a group of experts has arrived, to tell the officials and, through radio, television and the most sophisticated streaming services in the world, the entire Earth community, that we are not alone. They've displayed two alleged alien corpses, very similar to the puppets Hollywood has sold us, the ones we saw on movie screens riding bicycles into the sky. Researchers have warned us that we can expect more visits in the coming days, but so far they haven't been able to decipher the aliens' plans on our planet. From there, speculation and rumors began. Some claim that these beings only want to visit us as tourists, to observe the beauties of the favelas, slums, and villages of this hemisphere. Others say they come fascinated by the aroma of the liver and onion stew prepared by the cruellest mothers of the seven seas. Some speculators assert that, if we are not careful, They come to abduct our most precious jewels, including Mia Khalifa, La Bichota and Sydney Sweeny, Among others. Others, on the contrary, believe that strange beings from outer space will abduct undesirables such as Maria Fernanda Cabal, Javier Milei, Bolsonaro, Kast, and Steve Bannon. The theory to justify this latest version is that not even on Mars do they understand how there are people with so much crap in their heads.

While the invasion is being planned, we've decided to prepare a welcome playlist for these characters, so they feel comfortable and see that we're ready to welcome them on this side of the universe. This list features twenty tracks. It has hip hop, punk, pop, electronic and rock, originating from Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Mexico and Texas. It includes classics by Molotov, Spinetta, Cerati, and Zoé, and other recordings by lesser-known artists that are worth listening to, preparing us for the arrival of flying saucers. While all that is happening, dance as if our world were going to end tomorrow.
