Not everything happening in Argentina these days is bad news. At least memory works when it comes to remembering a great artist and to make previously unpublished material available to the public Luis Alberto Spinetta.
This compilation of previously unknown songs, which will be collectively called The friends (yes, like that, without the final S), is the product of the sessions that Spinetta had every week with Rodolfo García, former bandmate of Almendra, along with bassist Daniel Ferrón in his studio La Diosa Salvaje. These sound files are being released thanks to the permission of the family and the mixing work of Mariano López.
As an initial example, the following is presented Iris, a delicate blues where the master's voice shines in all its magnitude, with additional string arrangements by Claudio Cardone, performed by the Kashmir Orchestra, conducted by Nahuel Mutti.
