suicide

Some time ago, when they became known, the members of the Chilean group The Suicide Bitches, They talked about making music for fun and simply taking advantage of the opportunities life gave them to perform wherever the chance arose, without any real financial ambition. Like I said, it was about having a good time and spreading their good vibes around the world. And so, they traveled to many places and played at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, and at CBGB in New York. Specialized websites took notice and reviewed their albums, but they remained the same, as if nothing had changed.

Something made them react, and they realized that the attention focused on their art was far greater than they had anticipated. They organized themselves professionally, took their promotional efforts more seriously, but, remarkably, contrary to what some obvious marketers might have suggested, they toughened their compositions, and their good noise became heavier. Say my name It transforms the band's early punk rock sound, pushing it towards stoner rock, and through dense layers of aggressive guitar, it explores blissful hellscapes that make the listener feel like they're riding a herd of horses galloping aimlessly across burning prairies. In short, the result is thrilling. The Suicide Bitches have taken the least expected route, and their decision is utterly satisfying.
