And here's the last year-end summary playlist. And it is in this list that we wanted to bring together the best of the music that we most associate with digital instruments. In this compilation, we included 23 tracks made on this side of the world related to a lot of genres that would not have had a significant and massive development if they had not had technology on their side, and we labeled it all under the name "electrocontinental". We go from techno and house, through hip hop and arrive at contemporary expressions of folklore, which use machines in their compositions. A bit convoluted? Forgive us if so, but we racked our brains trying to find a convincing unity. We're happy with this selection nonetheless. An hour and a half that could easily be played at any Christmas or New Year's party, with top-quality production., almost all related to the Latin American independent scene.

We have music from Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Costa Rica (with Uganda on its side), Dominican Republic, United States, Argentina and Peru. Here you'll find internationally acclaimed artists, names experiencing remarkable growth in their local scene, and up-and-coming talents vying for attention from their own circles and clubs. This list exudes a spirit of adventure, experimentation, fun, and a desire to see everyone around dancing as if it were their last day. Furthermore, it's here that the vibrant state of our continent's music scene is confirmed., Where does the surprise come from that can make this hemisphere stand out from other cultural markets?.

2023 has been an interesting year in terms of music. We've been able to hear great songs and have seen the evolution of women and men who delight us with their art. We hope that next year music will continue to lift our spirits, and that all of you and those who will join us will accompany us in this work of making the best of Latin American music visible. Happy holidays!
