To any clueless person, it might seem that the time of punk has passed, that The only ones who continue to insist on that argument are some antiquated nostalgics for noise and anarchy. But, just when pessimism threatens to overwhelm us, a band suddenly appears that, with the weight of years and experience, silences us and makes us jump for joy., defending an honorable flag that does not falter in its fight and in their desire to slap us to keep going.

With a speech similar to the early Elvis (the one from Jailhouse Rock), the Uruguayan band Trotsky will avenge, through its singer Guillermo Peluffo, says in its new single «"I don't look for trouble/ they look for me/ I don't look for trouble/ I just let it come"». And that's where the chaos begins. From the album Relaxed but organized, The new promotional song is They are looking for me, And the authors, an Eastern group that has been touring the continent since 1991 to feed us with rock and roll energy, simulate in their latest video putting some of their fans into a truck and, in the middle of the highway, shake them up with asphalt surprises and an irresistibly catchy melody, that leaves us singing the chorus until we're exhausted.

Some bitter person will say that they have already heard this song somewhere else with another group. Perhaps so.. Someone once said that the Ramones played the same song on every album, but the funny thing was that sometimes they were better than others. They are looking for me It's a song that will be repeated many times at many concerts and will surely be adapted by the fan groups of many football teams across the continent, and frankly, without any hesitation, we like that. Trotsky Vengarán does what many other bands do out there., But the difference is that they do it successfully.

The video is nice, the theme is fun. That's what punk is all about, and that's why we celebrate it this way.
