We are determined to break down our own barriers in our relationship with music and those who create it. You know that we have a special relationship as curators of the digital platform Groover. Groover, as we explained earlier, is a digital company based in France, which offers new independent and self-managed artists the opportunity to showcase their latest tunes, in exchange for a small payment, to various professionals linked to the business around the world. Among the available names are station directors, specialized journalists, bookers, and other participants in this economic sector, people from all continents. Among the music that is received every day, there is an unimaginable variety, coming from all over the planet. And among these artists there are instrumental proposals that do not fall into "commercial" categories and that we relate to, because we are obsessive and in love with sound and image, with film soundtracks, both real and, especially, those we imagine are yet to come.
We have accumulated several tracks Throughout these years of collaboration with Groover, we listened to their music with delight, and we didn't feel it fit into our traditional playlist. Novel Sounds. Therefore hWe have created this compilation which, we hope, will be constantly updated and evolving, to spark the interest of those who are fans of this type of expression. For the moment there are 20 tracks, to which we will add other recordings, as we receive new material and are able to reconnect with some composers who sent us their productions in previous years. Unlike our other playlists, this one will be illustrated in homage to Film noir (to our bizarre way of understanding the graphic world). We hope the audience grows and the participating musicians receive the attention they deserve. Welcome!

We are determined to push our own boundaries in the relationship we have with music and those who create it. As you know, we have a special connection as curators for the digital platform Groover. Groover, as we've explained before, is a digital company based in France that offers new, independent, and self-managed artists the opportunity to showcase their latest tracks to various industry professionals worldwide for a small fee. Among the professionals available are radio station directors, specialized journalists, bookers, and other key players in this economic sector, spanning all continents. The music received daily represents an unimaginable variety from around the globe. Among these artists, there are instrumental proposals that don't fit into «commercial» categories and which we, being passionate lovers of sound and image, associate with film soundtracks—both the real ones and, especially, those we imagine are yet to come.
Over the years of our collaboration with Groover, we've accumulated several tracks that we've enjoyed immensely but felt didn't quite fit into our traditional playlist, Novel Sounds. That's why we've created this compilation, which we hope will be in constant evolution and motion, to spark the interest of those who appreciate this kind of expression. For now, it consists of 20 tracks, to which we'll continue adding more recordings as we receive new material and reconnect with some composers who sent us their work in previous years. Unlike our other playlists, this one will be illustrated as a tribute to film noir (in our own bizarre way of interpreting the graphic world).
We hope the audience grows and the participating musicians garner the attention they deserve. Welcome!
